Our residence is located at the center of La Palme, close to the church of Saint John (13th century) and the chapel of Saint Pancrace (10th century). These are some of the protected historical monuments of the area. Not far from the village gate (La Barbacane) along sloping streets, old houses, and flowering gardens you will find our residence, a lovely old building.

In renovating this building we gave great attention to preserving its authenticity. In addition to maintaining the external architecture, aspects of the internal structure were also respected, for example, the original central staircase that winds around an open shaft for light from the top of the building. When old interior walls, floors, and beams needed repair or replacement, traditional natural materials were used. Environmental/biological concerns resulted in choice of materials such as Thermo-Hemp for wall insulation.

In this charming setting we offer several tastefully furnished apartments, each with access to a large swimming pool. A privacy wall surrounds the pool, a terrace, and a covered cooking area – all newly constructed. Other activities include walking, cycling, horseback riding (several clubs for horses exist in the area), and windsurfing (a few hundred meters away). The Mediterranean with its sandy beaches is only about three kilometers from our residence.
